Lanoguard has a set of features and technical specifications which really sets it apart when it comes to corrosion protection and waterproofing.
Features / Technical Specs
- Salt, Acid and Alkaline resistant
- Hermetically seals the surface (so oxidation can’t occur (so rust can’t form nor continue))
- Waterproof (instantly waterproofs anything)
- Jet wash resistant to 3000 psi or 200 bar (won't be displaced and will protect after cleaning)
- Petroleum resistant (so petrol or diesel spillage or leakage won’t displace it nor mix with it)
- Non-conductive to 70,000 volts (use on all electrics and circuit boards)
- Prevents electrolysis (no more seized nuts and bolts!)
- Non-evaporative (won't dry out like normal grease leaving un-lubricated or protected parts)
- Heat resistant to 450 degrees celsius
- Adheres to all surfaces
- Non-leaching (won't spread to other adjoining surfaces and material)
- Non perishing (safe to use on all rubbers etc)
- Lubricating (amazingly low friction coefficients)
- Ecologically sound (can be used safely in marine environments)
- Lanogard greases are Non-petroleum based

Bronze

- Raise car on ramp and inspect underside for severe corrosion or structural issues
- Apply wheel protecters to protect from over spray
- Remove debris, dirt or flaking rust from underside of car and wheel arches using stiff nylon brushes
- Apply 1 generous coat of Lanoguard to whole of chassis and wheel arch areas using high pressure fine mist nozzle
- Allow to dry for 24 hours
Silver
from £295+VAT
- Raise car on ramp and inspect underside for severe corrosion or structural issues
- Remove wheels and set aside
- Remove debris, dirt or flaking rust from underside of car and wheel arches using stiff nylon brushes
- Vacuum underside and wheel arch areas to remove smaller debris using industrial high suction hoover
- Apply 2 generous coats of Lanoguard to whole of chassis and wheel wells using high pressure fine mist nozzle
- Allow to dry for 24 hours
Gold
from £365+VAT
- Raise car on ramp and inspect underside for severe corrosion or structural issues
- Remove wheels and set aside
- Removal of both front & rear plastic wheel arch liners
- Remove debris, dirt or flaking rust from underside of car and wheel arches using stiff nylon brushes
- Vacuum underside and wheel arch areas to remove smaller debris using industrial high suction hoover
- Apply 2 generous coats of Lanoguard to whole of chassis and wheel wells using high pressure fine mist nozzle
- Refit wheel arch liners
- Allow to dry for 24 hours
Platinum
from £385+VAT
- Raise car on ramp and inspect underside for severe corrosion or structural issues
- Remove wheels and set aside
- Removal of both front & rear plastic wheel arch liners
- Remove debris, dirt or flaking rust from underside of car and wheel arches using stiff nylon brushes
- Vacuum underside and wheel arch areas to remove smaller debris using industrial high suction hoover
- Cover any rusted weld seams with a generous application Lanogaurd grease
- Apply Lanogaurd to accessible box / chassis sections using fine lance applicator
- Apply 2 generous coats of Lanoguard to whole of chassis and wheel wells using high pressure fine mist nozzle
- Refit wheel arch liners
- Allow to dry for 24 hours
- Free Lanoguard top up within 12 months
Additional Services
- Pressure wash underside of car and wheel arch areas using high pressure washer, allow to dry for a minimum of 24 hours, final dry using heated compressed air dryer, £245 + VAT
- Lanoguard Top Up - £175 + VAT
- Clean inside / outside of Wheels and Ceramic Protect £75 + VAT (Matt finished wheels exempt)
- Pressure wash both sides of wheel arch liners and protect £75 + VAT
